The new websites with FAQs, Community forum, Ian's blog, Video tutorials, Player/PlayPen Help, Templates and the Ticketing system will collectively be known as the GIS-PAX Helpdesk. The Helpdesk is where you go for Help!
We will answer emails sent to email@example.com from Helpdesk. The new system calls these tickets, and when logged in, you can see a history of tickets raised by you and your colleagues.
